I am new to transcribing and have a problem with verifying.   When I opened the verify box and I got the message.... Suspect file C:\users\bob\desktop\1928D4-A-0002.jpg Could not find any +info\s\f\m\b\u page header lines in the file   All I got on the orange line when the verifyer was opened was a lot of meaningless symbols, I am using vista. Can anyone tell me what I have done wrong?   Replies in plain english please and you will have to hold my hand to make any adjustments to my files, I'm not exactly computer literate being an oldie.   With thanks, Bob
