One option is to subscribe instead to the Digest version. This batches up individual items into a single continer email - the last had 5 items in it. Not only does this reduce the clutter in your mailbox but the container email has the Subject "FREEBMD-ADMINS Digest,..." which is what you were looking for. Of course, you don't get to see items as soon as they are sent - not much of a hardship! To change to the Digest, unsubscribe from the List version and subscribe to the Digest - see http://www.freebmd.org.uk/lists.html for how to do this. Oh, and if you wish to change the discussion topic it is always best to change the Subject as well. Less confusing that way!
