The coverage chart shows 1865 complete for births. However, I found two ancestors on the fiche version of the GRO: Lucy Sarah Somerton 3rd quarter of 1865 at Banbury, OXF and her twin Edwin Somerton Please be aware that the surname is sometimes spelt Summerton. They are on FreeBMD under your alternative spelling of Summerton. Looking at scans of the GRO indexes, that it where they appear, not under Somerton.
