    3. Omit the blank line. It contains no data so has no place as an entry in the database. Nearest thing on TKB is probably http://www.freebmd.org.uk/vol_faq.html#6y about blank lines and change of surname letter part-way through a page, or maybe http://www.freebmd.org.uk/vol_faq.html#6aa about blank pages.
