Many thanks to all the people who responded regarding the Note on FreeBMD. It took me quite a while, but with Allan's help I finally found where to check what had been entered. It would appear that either my eMail address was never ticked to be shown or someone beat me to it as it was marked "not to be shown". As I didn't find it until today I can assure you I haven't changed it in the past week. I also changed some of the other parameters as someone had ticked that I had a fiche reader, which I don't.
