Hi Nancy, I changed mine through the FreeBMD website so I don't get contacted at all - I have no further information. Log into the FreeBMD website to the File Management page. Click on 'Modify your submitter details' at the bottom of the screen and then you can click on the radio buttons to either not reveal name etc, reveal name but not email address, or invite correspondence.
