I have uploaded a few transcription files to FreeBMD and now I realize that I didn't follow http://www.freebmd.org.uk/vol_faq.html#6al. (I typed what I saw, but WinBMD tried to be helpful by inserting a space between multiple initials, which I didn't delete.) Should I correct those lines and upload the file again? Charles Bailey
Hi Charles, This is one of those things that has caused no end of ructions over the past few years, along with the use of full stops. There is a new version of Winbmd coming soon which corrects this problem. So I would leave the files you have uploaded as they are.
