Gordon, This suggestion is unlikely to fix your problem. Here's the quickest way: Make sure you are not running WinBMD Look in your WinBMD folder, you will find a file called WinBMD.ini Open that file with Notepad Right at the bottom you will see a line which says something like DistrictFileVersion=up0ZjJ3LgYz3jp8mYqnIPw Change 'something' in that string of characters, for example change the "Pw" at the end to "xx" Save the file Now when you start WinBMD it will download the district file for you again.
