Greetings! Can you help me? For some unknown reason the ruler on my scan viewer display no longer moves; I have tried on a number of occasions to get it moving; the instructions remain clear and it goes down to the tenth record, etc, but it has to be scrolled down manually which is a pain. This first occurred at about 13.00 hrs GMT on Mon 11th July. Thanks tonym
