I assume this is supposed to be Kings Lynn,4b; but, I know we are supposed to TWYS.  However, FreeBMD won't let me enter a district without a volume number.  How do I handle this case?  So far, I have transcribed it as Royle,Barry,Woods,Kings Lynn,4b,See D44 but that is not strictly TWYS.
