Hi Roy, I suggest you follow the advice in the paragraph near the bottom of the correction email i.e.: None of the above should be taken to indicate a deviation from the Type What You See (TWYS) rule. You should only make the requested change(s) if, after viewing your source in the light of the correction, you can agree that the correct entry is as suggested by the correction submitter. So if you don't agree with the suggested correction, you don't have to make it. In this case I certainly agree with you - if the scan shows a capital in the volume then that's how it should be transcribed.
