Hello I have 2 transcribers now who are having trouble getting the function keys to work under Windows 7. (eg F3 to save - F4 -special characters etc) There are no error messages displayed. It's just a case of nothing happens. I have asked them to uninstall and reinstall, but that made no difference. Sue, I am running Win7 64 bit and have no problems with either F3 or F4. I have not modified any installation options and the program options are the installation defaults. Although not a solution to the problem, at least they can be assured that it works in Win7 (64 bit, anyway).
