Hi: An interesting bunch of answers, I'm sure all correct. I also have come across references like this, and - not content with just transcribing them right - I have wondered WHY they appear, and WHAT they represent. I'm very used to Late Registrations with references like "see D/54", but these are quite different. Any suggestions?
