I have noticed that if we put a wildcard in the surname or forename field when transcribing, then the searcher will not find it (unless he knows to also use a wildcard). Eg if you search for LEGH Florence Heski in Dec 1847 births, you will not find LEGH Florence Hesk_. Can the search engine can be written to allow wildcards in the data to be searched (as well as in the search terms)? BTW, Hesk_ should be Hester, which I will shortly correct Robert Monk Transcriber
