Hi to all Frazier Researchers! I am looking for others who are researching the following George Frazier family. George Frazier died in Harrison County,KY in 1801. His wife was named Mary and was supposedly a Wilson, but I have found no proof of that as yet. George and Mary Frazier were supposedly from Kent County, MD - again no proof of that yet. There is a George Frazier in the Kent County, MD Census of 1790 (there is another George Frazier in that time period in Prince George's County, MD but I don't think it is the same family) This George Frazier (also spelled Fraizer) appears in the Harrison Co, KY Tax list in 1796. : Children of George Frazier and Mary (Wilson?) were: George m. Polly Blackburn Feb 24, 1805. They moved to Adams County, Illinois Elizabeth m. William Casey (he moved on to Posey County,IN, she died in KY before he left) Rebeccah b. Nov 2, 1763; d.March 2, 1849 m. 1) James Rankin 1782 2) Jonathon Jacquess,Jr. Nov. 11, 1791. They moved to Posey County, Indiana Joel C. m. Margaret "Peggy" Miller, June 1, 1794 (daughter of Hugh Miller who witnessed George Frazier's will ) (this is my line) James m. Katie Kendrix, 1796 in Harrison County (from a book about these Fraziers"Into This Fruitful Valley" by Gloria Cox) John m. Sally Veatch Oct. 1, 1798 Mary (Polly) m. Alexander Ferguson, October 1, 1795. They moved to Posey County, Indiana Most of the marriages of the children took place in KY Would love to hear from anyone who knows anything about this family.
