    3. Joyce, the following website has many Frazier's from Washington Co., PA. I didn't see your Elizabeth there but you might find a connection amongst the list. I have a William Frazier, b 1790, poss Scotland, D 1862 Belmont Co. OH. He brought his bride, Nancy Giffin from Belmont Co to West Alexander, Washington Co. PA to be married. It was not unusual to go to West Alexander to be married, or PA for that matter, as the marriage law was more lenient.
