Hi List, While searching the internet, I came across the name, Phineas F. FRAZER Jr., a South Carolina Civil War soldier who died during the war. Mention was made that the information is in a book, "Broken Fortune". That is the only information I have on this man. Does anyone else have any other information on this Phineas F. Frazer Jr.??
