Looking for information on James E. Frazier (Frasier), born about 1772-1774 in NC or VA. He married Agnes Austin on 8 Aug 1799 in Rutherford Co. NC. In 1800 census they are in Buncumbe Co. NC (next door to Rutherford). In the early 1800's they moved to the Pendleton District SC. Any info on James or Agnes, parents, siblings, or children is greatly appreciated.
