Hi Cousins, As near as I can tell, there is no New World connection among the three major Fraley lines in America just after the Revolution, each headed by a different Frederick Fraley. At the time of the Revolution there were at least six (and possibly as many as twice that number) different and distinct men alive named Frederick Fraley, in at least four unrelated lines. Many new (and some not so new) genealogists over the years have attempted to force fit these lines together, often horribly mixing up facts and sometimes combining everything into "one big Frederick." The Fraleys of Germantown and Philadelphia were very well known and prominent in that area for many decades. There does not seem to be any connection in the New World between this line and the Rowan County, NC line that is the best known Fraley line, or to my line which came to Ohio from western PA in 1800 (originally from VA).
