Hello Ros I would like to put in a late apolgy for missing the meeting at your home on Saturday afternoon. I have not read my emails for the last few days. It is very lax of me. I will ensure I make it to the next one. I have been too enthralled watching the Olympic Games. A fantastic afternoon at Down Memory Lane at Seaford Library. Speakers were Pam and Trevor Nottage. Pam has kindly given us permission to copy Thomas Nottage's notes on the life of Thomas Hardy. These notes were in a small booklet and each page has been copied separately. I am not sure of the date but feel it was done around 1920. I will check with Pam at a later date, She has quite a few photos and newspaper clippings that I will copy also. Thank you to Jeanette Bell who not only provided the cash for the copier but helped copy the notes. When the notes are recorded in our PIONEER REGISTER they will be available for members to read. Cheers Ros
