I do have copies of Elias' second marriage license for his marriage to Brumfield/Broomfield.. I think that "Dr." Fox did not come to Appanoose with Elias. I have a transcription of a letter from Martha Moss to Elias and Martha's daughter Elizabeth Moss Fox, with an accompanying note from Dr. Fox's wife. I put most of what I had about Elias in a Genforum posting. I wish that I had more solid sources in documents.
