Actually, I know the parents and sibblings names, place of birth ext. The oldest living member of this family, and other family members that I am aware of, do not remember knowing anything about Elbert. I thought perhaps someone related to this family, who is involved in research, OR who knew the family, that I don't know about, might have information related to him; perhaps an early death.
