I have just found out that my ELEANOR was a FOWLER. I suspected as much as her daughter was GRACE FOWLER DINHAM. ELEANOR FOWLER was b. abt. 1796 Burlescombe, Devon and married ROBERT DINHAM at Sampford Peverel 24 Dec. 1817. Three of their children were b. Burlescombe and the last Uffculme. In the 1851 cencus Robert and Eleanor (misspelt Dinlain) are res. at Great House Inn, Bampton.
