CHERRY GROVE (SC?) - Henry LEWIS, 61, died Wednesday, June 9, 1999, at N.C. Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C. He was born Oct. 29, 1937, in Horry County, a son of William and Beatrice FOWLER LEWIS. Survivors include his wife, Gayle KOONTS LEWIS; two daughters, Mrs. Burle (Tammy) L. BRANHAM, and Miss Jami Marie LEWIS, both of Lexington, N.C.; four brothers, Daniel LEWIS of Wilmington, N.C., David LEWIS of Calabash, N.C., Odell LEWIS of High Point, N.C., and Joe LEWIS of Badin Lake, N.C.; two sisters, Shelby GURLEY of Archdale, N.C., and Sally WATSON of Calabash, N.C.; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Lee Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Southeastern Gardens in North Myrtle Beach.
