Ms. Deborah Lee FOWLER, 43, of Wilmington (NC), died Saturday, Oct. 30, 1999. Ms. FOWLER was born June 16, 1956, in Wilmington, the daughter of the late Herman Leo (Red) FOWLER and Natalie Regina CORDI FOWLER. She was a member of Federal Point Pentacostal Church. Survivors include her daughter, Felicia Marie SCOTT and husband, Timothy James SCOTT of Wilmington; two grandchildren, Kalieb Thomas HARRIS and Ryan James SCOTT of Wilmington; and three sisters, Carolyn FOWLER TODD, Regina FOWLER JACKSON and Tina FOWLER all of Wilmington. Graveside inurnment services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, November 2, 1999, at Greenlawn Memorial Park by the Reverend Thomas Wayne FOWLER and Reverend George William FOWLER.
