MULLINS (SC) - Willadeen JONES FOWLER, 78, died Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at home after an illness. She was born April 21, 1921, in Marion County (SC), a daughter of the late Duncan Marvin JONES and Mary Elizabeth SAWYER JONES. She was the widow of Laurence Vernon FOWLER. She was a homemaker and a member of Catholic Church of the Infant Jesus. Survivors include two sons, Byron Joel FOWLER of Belmont, NC., and Richard F. FOWLER of Cincinnati; two daughters, Paula F. BIRKBECK and Loretta F. COLLINS, both of Mullins; a sister, Thelma J. MARTIN of Mullins; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today (Nov. 7, 1999) at Cox-Collins Funeral Home of Mullins. Burial will be in Center United Methodist Church Cemetery.
