I am looking for information on FOWLERs in upstate SC and western NC looking for John F. Fowler's parents John F. Fowler b. approx 1882 and died between July 1918 and Dec 1920 in Piedmont or Pelzer SC, married Ola J. GARNER, around 1908, I am fairly sure his parents were born in NC and came to SC to work in the cotton Mills. BTW, does anyone know if there are old mill employment records out there?
