Greenville (SC) Mamie CISON FOWLER, 88, formerly of McCall Road, died Friday, Sept. 10, 1999. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Gillford and Emma TUCKER CISON, and was the widow of B.F. FOWLER. A homemaker, she was a former member of Victory Chapel Baptist Church, and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She taught Sunday School to the youth and adult ladies for over 50 years. Surviving are her daughters, Catherine F. ASPRAY of Wrenn, GA, Bernice F. WELCH of Carson City, NV, Doloris F. McCUEN of Pelzer (SC), and Brenda F. GAULT of Simpsonville (SC); son, Ronald FOWLER of Beach Island; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. today (September 11, 1999) at Greenville Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to New Hope Baptist Church, 509 S.
