Zada F. BRYANT MARION (SC) - Zada FOWLER BRYANT died Monday, Oct. 18, 1999, at the Marion County Medical Center. She was born in Orangeburg (SC), a daughter of the late Eugene Bass and Janie ROBISON FOWLER. She was a schoolteacher who taught about 50 years in the public school system. She was a member of various book clubs, bridge clubs and garden clubs, and was a member of Winthrop Daughters. She was also an active member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Diana B. JOHNSON of Spartanburg (SC); a niece, Dallas FAIREY JONES of Anderson (SC); two nephews, Dr. Watt McCAIN of Greenville (SC), and Edison FAIREY of Orangeburg; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm M. BRYANT, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank D. BRYANT, both of Murrells Inlet (SC). Visitation will be 7 to 9 tonight at Richardson Funeral Home of Marion. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday (Oct. 20, 1999) at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 155, Marion 29571.
