The Fowler families in this book are almost all New England. I didn't realize the amount of response I would get, so it will take some time to answer. First immigrant is "Philip Fowler, one of the founders of New England, was probably born in Malborough, Wiltshire, England, about 1590. He embarked with his family, in the "Mary and John" of London, Robert Sayres, master, and while lying in the river Thames, they 'were made stay of untill further order' from the Council, 28 Feb. 1633-4, owing to misrepresentation of the colonies...(the 24th of March, 1633-4, when they were allowed to proceed on their voyage, and arrived in New England, in May, 1634." The town in Massachusetts that he settled is Ipswich, so alot of his descendants are around that area. Please do not send me general questions, such as a list of all the Fowlers in Ipswich or Boston (I've already had some of those questions)-I do not have the time to answer questions unless you are searching for a specific Fowler.
