Charlie, I also think I am descended from the Henrico Fowlers. Funny, I was in Forsyth Co., two weeks ago meeting with a Middlebrooks Genealogy group. We went to the museum in the rail road station and ate in two of the restaurants in Julliette and went to the Whistle Stop Cafe one night. We really enjoyed it and that is a pretty part of the state. My gggrandfather settled in Jones Co. a good bit earlier than the War of Northern Agression. My grandfather was born there and his family moved to Texas and then Arkansas when he was three years old.
