You are right. I remember now that we were in Monroe County. Arkansas has about the same naming patterns as Georgia. Hot Springs is not in Hot Springs Co., but is in Garland Co. Texas has many counties with cities of the same name in them and they are usually the county seats. I should have checked on Forsyth. Is Forsyth Co. pronounced with the accent on the second syllable?
