Seeking information on parents and siblings of Willy Fowler b. about 1792 in Lincolnshire, Eng. He married Cynthia Perkins and was living in Marion Co. OH at the time of the 1850 census. Willy died 26 Dec. 1853 and Cynthia later followed her married children to Vermilion Co. IL wher she died inAug. 1892.
