For years now I have been trying to pin down the origin of Richard Fowler who was b. ca 1817 in Green Twp,Monroe Co.,OH.I BELIEVE his father to be ENOCH FOWLER but where did HE come from prior to Monroe Co.? Richard m1 Delilah COEN, a dau of Bennett Coen and Mary LEMON.Delilah was b. ca 1816 in PA.After Delilah's death in March1858,Richard m2 Rachael KERNS i n November 1858 . A son,John Fowler, was b to Richard and Delilah at Monroe Co. in April 1842. Any help on Enoch appreciated. Chuck
