See "A Collection of Upper South Carolina Genealogical and Family Records, Volume I" by James E. Wooley; page 127. Joshua Fowler, born circa 1755 in South Carolina, died before 19 Jan. 1833 when his widow Elizabeth relinquished administration of Joshua's estate to William Jameson and Abraham Burdine (neither listed as heir). In internet information on Joshua his death date is given as Oct. 1833, which is true but more correct would be before 19 Jan. 1833. Also on the net I've seen the info that he had a daughter Rebecca who married William Jameson. Since in the above reference it clearly states that William Jameson is not an heir, it is doubtful that the wife of William was Joshua's daughter.
