"Black Water Monthly Meeting" Encylcopedia of American Quaker Genealogy. Genealogical Publishing Co., 1969. Vol VI. p107] Note: The Godfrey mentioned above is Godfrey II son of Godfrey b 1670. I have noticed several people have daughter of Godfrey I as Ann Hill Fowler as she is named in the Will of 1743. What I have found is that Anne the daughter of Godfrey I married James Hill about 1731. They had several children together. Anne mentioned above is probably not the daughter of Godfrey I but rather the daughter of Godfrey II. Granville Co., NC William Fowler to Ann Byars, 7 Dec 1816 ["North Carolina Marriages to 1825."
