I found this book for sale at Higginsons online for $109. However, I have bought 2 books from them before and it takes weeks and weeks and weeks to come. The two books that I bought were a low quality photocopy. They were a lot cheaper, however. One was about $60 though--and it definitely was a photoccpy--not printed. I wonder what your book looks like? If it is higher quality print, it would be worth the extra cost! And of course, BN will ship in 24 hours instead of weeks. I really wonder if there are any Fowlers who went to Ohio in that book as Ohio is not one of the states listed.
