Fowler born May 1887 in Horry County Her mothers name was Ann Q Fowler Born about 1855. Roxie had one son named Benjamin Mincey Suggs. She was either married to a Suggs or lived with him. Then she was with a Buck Marlow in the Loris area of Horry County SC when he was cleaning his gun it went off and killed her around 1940 and 1943 she is suppose to be buried in the Simpson Creek area of Loris I cant get a death cert. and we have no idea where she is buried.
