    3. Kathe, Another person who responded to my query seems to have the Jonathan we are searching. He was in Newbury and Barnet Vermont before relocating to Shipton Township where he spent the rest of his life. To the best of our knowledge he was a Revolutionary rather than a Loyalist. They show his birth in Rowley, Essex Co., Mass. in 1737. If these (new-to-me) facts indicate a connection to your Jonathan, I would be more than pleased to explore it with you.
