I also am looking for ANY relative of my grandfather, Fred FOWLER, born somewhere in England 1869 and came to Quebec, Canada as a Home Child in 1875. His parents' names may have been Frederick Walter and Clara. There should be at least one sister. Has anyone found mention of this elusive family? Pat Ste-Agathe, QC
