    1. Re: [FOWLER] Fowlers in New Jersey
    2. Stephanie, I don't think your line is related to me, I say that because I only have one proof of information that my father was born in New Jersey in 1908, to a Frederick Fowler. My proof is doing research from 1920 back to 1910. I have looked through the census and found a Frederick Fowler married to a Hannah and they had two children, Cornelius and Frederick Fowler. I think this might be my family, because the ages are right and the names are right. This family lived in the NJ, Hudson Co. 4th ward, ED#111 in 1910. Then I think there is Frederick's father who lived in the same neighborhood also. Cornelius is my bloodline, but I wanted to find his brother and family too. What county was your family from, ward and ED# too. The story of my father, Cornelius Fowler, is that he was sent to live with a cousin in 1916, and his brother Frederick was also sent to live with a relative, but I can't find out who that is. Frederick #2 would have been about 6 yrs old. The two brothers never saw each other after that, even though my father looked for his brother all his life. Now I am kinda taking up the quest to solve the mystery. If you have any ideas or possible connections through stories or what ever please keep me in mind. My Frederick Fowler Sr. was born in NY somewhere, and I naturally took it to be upstate NY where my father was raised, but it very well could of been NYC area. I still have alot of work to do. I hope we both find a connection. Anne
