Hello to Everyone, I am always interested in any information on my great great great grandparents James Madison Fowler born January 30, 1811 in Washington co. Va. or NC. or Knox co. Tenn. James M. married Sarah McHaney in Williamson co. Ill. or in Tennessee in the 1830s, James M. Fowler died in Union Grove Township, in Williamson co. Ill, near Pittsburg, on October 29, 1874. James M. parents were John and Elizabeth Dorsey Fowler. John and Elizabeth Dorsey Fowler both died in Knox co. Tenn. John on March 9, 1845 and Elizabeth on May 29, 1855, both are buried in the Mt. Harmony Baptist Cemetery in Knoxville, Tenn. John Fowlers parents were Samuel and Fannie Lawson Fowler of Franklin co. NC. I would like to hear from anyone researching this Fowler family.
