    1. Re: [FOWLER] History of the Fowlers
    2. Hello Tawny------ Thanks for your reply. Yes, I believe the Mattingly lady you mention was my g4grandmother, Mary Ann Mattingly, who married (my g4grandfather) William Thomas Fowler 2-19-1776, St Mary's Co, MD. I have that Mary Ann was b. 1730/63, d. 2-19-1837, St Mary's Co, MD. I have that William Thomas Fowler was b. 1751, England; d. 1817, Washington Co, KY. I also have that their children as: - Sarah Catherine (Sally) Fowler born ca. 1765 in St Mary's Co, MD; - Nancy Fowler born aft. 1776, and - Elizabeth T. Fowler born 1776/1800 I would appreciate any further information you may have about this couple and Mary Ann's ancestry.
