Robert, Your Rial, Ryal, Riel Fowler may be a son of Francis Fowler of Greenville Co., SC. A number of years ago I researched at the Greenville Library and Spartanburg Library and saw many records of Francis and his children, one of whom was Rial. My ancestor Wiley Fowler who was born in Spartanburg Co., SC in 1795 apparently was not a son of Francis as I first suspected so I gave up doing very much work on Francis.
