    1. [FOWLER] Wheelock Cemetary
    2. Hello: I have lately began researching this line of my family and am new to the Fowler List. I descend from William Mancel Fowler and Juliann Brannan Fowler, through their daughter, Lillian Maude Fowler(Henthorne). Today, I visited the Wheelock Cemetary near Millerton, Oklahoma (McCurtain County). I know my Mance and Juliann Fowler are buried there, but was unable to search thoroughly since they were setting up for a funeral. However, I did find a few Fowlers there and have listed them below in case they are of interest to any of you all. Karen Luna Ray David J. Fowler, Feb. 7, 1886 ---August 2, 1974 Emma Fowler 1884-1953 Lillian B. Fowler 1904-1935 George Wilson 1885-1934 George W. Fowler 1863-1899 H.L. Fowler 1859-19?5 (think this is Hosea) ----------------- A short distance away: Lena J. Fowler 1900-1927 Jane Fowler 1878-1927 Oscar S. Fowler, Son of D.A. & Jane, August 28, 1895---July 9, 1908 - --------------------------- The Wilson family keeps popping up in my investigating. I was thinking that the connection was through the Brannan side of the family (or marriages of the Brannans), but here in the midst of the Fowlers is another Wilson. Anyone have any clues concerning that connection?? All responses appreciated!

    3. Hi Kay, Saw you message about the Fowler Family Recipes and would love to have any and all you might want to send to me. I love old recipes and enjoy recreating them. I am also a Fowler descendant. My grandfather Hugh S. McAdams' Mom was Ellen Fowler and Ellen married Samuel Henry McAdams. Do you have an Ellen Fowler in you family line? I have not been able to find very much on Ellen. But even if this is not the same Fowler line, I would still love to have the recipes. Thanks so much and will look forward to receiving the recipes.
