Parents Jacob & Mary Dean. She married Theodore Griffin/Giffin on 12/8/1850. They had at least 1 daughter, Mary, b. 10/21/1852; Mary married an Ostrom, and she d. 4/26/1915 in Cardington. They had a son too, Adelbert Giffen (sp), who was b. 1871, and died March 22, 1935 in the Stark County Home in Canton, OH. (you'll see Adelbert listed as George H Foust's stepson on the 1910 Cardington Census) The Superintendent of the County Home signed as informant on the death certificate - and left parentage blank. Adelbert was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Canton, OH. Elizabeth Dean Griffin/Giffin then married George Foust on Feb 3, 1887 in Morrow. She died Dec 10, 1907 in Cardington. I do not know yet where she's buried. I've yet to find where George is buried. George's 1st wife Elvira and 2 of his kids are buried at the Foust Mound Cemetery, but there's no record of George or his 2nd wife Elizabeth being buried there. Hope this helps some.
