I know that there is a picture of Frank Foust's wife Texarkanna Pipes on the Pipes family.com Web page. Bob Pipes runs it. He is very knowledgable about the whole pipes line. However He is unsure about the Pipes in Harrisburg arkansas. He can't figure if Texann's Father was a biological son or an Indian. It is fairly certain that Delila Emaline Adams Pipes was a Cherokee. We were always told we were Cherokee and Chyenne. Indian. Bob dosen't know how this happened. I cannot find a Birth certificate on William/ I think Frank and Texann moved to California.
