I think mine may have been in Kentucky or Tennesse before moving to Arkansas and don't know where they were before that. My GGG Grandfather was Zadoc Ford born in abt. 1806 in either Kentucky or South Carolina according to the census records on his children. He married Margaret Kindle in Jackson Co, Tennessee on Sept. 1, 1824 so he was in Tennessee at that time. She was born in Tennessee. Thanks, Jane
