He has resided in Pittsburg, Wheeling and Cincinnati, and has been employed for a number of years in different iron mills as an engineer. Mr. Ford has been engaged at the Jefferson Iron Works for the past 20 years, in charge of the engins in the rolling mill. He has been 45 years an engineer and has three sons engaged in the same business. He was married in 1833 to Sarah A., daughter of John Barlow, of New York, and has a family of 9 children, four sons and three daughters, all of whom are still living. *** Page 505 Thomson Chapel Methodist Episcopal Church.
