Ky in 1886. Marriage certificate states James Monroe Ford and Sally Ann White married May 23, 1886 Pulaski County Ky both were born in 1864/1865. Together they had 3 children Thomas Ford-1890, Marda M Ford-1893, and Benjamin Ford-1896. James had roots in Ky, but was born in California and returned to Ky when he was young. Any help with this would be dearly appreciated!
